It has long been established that standing while working is far more beneficial than sitting all day. If you’re still a fan of the conventional keyboard, this adjustable tray is just what you need to improve your work style dynamics. Buy an ergonomic keyboard tray for better posture and healthier work styles.
This suits my needs beyond expectations. The only I added to make it perfect is some non-slip tape to underside of the bottom rail. In fact, I just ordered a second one.

Best Deal I have found!
Love it! It works perfectly for me, I have it on my keyboard drawer and it tucks out of the way perfectly and allows me more room on my desk for papers etc.
I managed to set it up very easily, no problems, seems best to adjust one leg at a time.
It is as sturdy as it needs to be, I found no issues with stability at all.
Very versatile, sturdy, easy to use and the price was the best price for a stand up option I have found to date. Definitely recommended

Just what I needed
This product met my needs 100%. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5 is because the mouse pad doesn't sit quite level. I had to shim it with a piece of folded paper so my mouse wouldn't fall off. Other than that, it's perfect! I'm glad I chose this over the model that mounts under the table. This can easily be slid out of the way, or even moved to another work station.

First, about the quality - a couple of remarks on here have indicated that it's flimsy. That wasn't my experience. It's very LIGHT and has a bit of an "industrial" feel to it, in that the edges aren't machined smooth and that kind of thing but I think the lightness is deceptive. The materials are strong and durable and the "gears" in each of the pivot points feel smooth and hold tight, when you press on them.
Design - oh, so many angles! This thing really can go into dozens of arrangements and at least one of those is sure to work for you. It isn't easy to change angles, though. It's easy from the physical perspective that all you have to do is press the button at each of the pivot points you want to adjust and then - WHAM! - it adjusts, but it's not easy from a perspective of getting it easily right every time. It takes a little bit of experimentation. Also, pressing the buttons on the pivot points is a manual action, with nothing to make the movement slow and smooth so, once you have pushed the button in, the pivot point WILL move and will do so quickly - so it's best to take your keyboard and mouse off of it first.
Do i use it? no. i tried for several weeks but i am using this at my desk with two monitors and a docking station, with the intent to vary standing and sitting positions throughout the day. That means making adjustments to this several times a day and, while i did finally get good enough at that to do so easily, it still just wasn't useful enough, as part of the whole "adjustable" desk package. At home, i don't use my laptop a lot (dual monitors at home, too) so it's not useful there, either. I suspect if you have an environment where you are literally taking your laptop everywhere with you and work primarily from just that one screen, then this device is perfect - it's light enough and adjustable enough that it would do the trick.

a bit wobbly because pieces arrived bent
The problem with the keyboard tray I received is that it's slightly bent in the middle so the keyboard doesn't sit squarely and firmly on it. I think this could be rectified by the company by sending these in more secure, tight packaging. (I also have this problem with one of the 2 monitor stands I received--it's bent, bowed in the middle. This doesn't matter quite as much because it's stationary; I'm not putting any kinetic pressure on it.)

The angles make it all worth it
I have spent much time and energy researching products for a standing desk. The problem with most standing desks is that the keyboard level raises with the level of the computer. Instead, I put my computer on a wall arm so I can raise it or lower it, and when raised, I use this keyboard. This keyboard allows me to hang my arms almost straight when typing, keeping straight wrists, which is by far the best position for my body. It's very stable. I use an imac keyboard, so there's room on the tray for my trackpad without even adding on the mouse tray. I love it.

Saved my back!
After a back injury I found it impossible to sit (or stand for that matter) for more than an hour at a time. This keyboard stand allows me to change my position and relieve any discomfort. I use mine so much, my coworkers just ordered one for each of them!

Perfect solution without the enormous price
I use this keyboard stand along with a pole mounted monitor setup. It is perfect because it is stable and very adjustable and when I want to sit down, it is light enough to just pickup and set under the desk.

This isn't going to last a week. The thing wobbles and feels like it'll break if I rest the heel of my hands on it when I type. One of the leg joints has already started to fail leaving the left side of my keyboard a few degrees lower than the right.

Hard to set up initially
Took two people, 30 minutes to raise the tray to it's highest possible level, using 4 hands to push inward on the buttons while maneuvering the expansion joints, etc.
Then, I delivered it to the person who will use it and of course, he promptly pushed it all down to a sitting position again because he said he won't need it up all the time. He hasn't asked for help getting it set up again but I think he will once he tries to raise it up again. He is an elderly staff member so I doubt he can raise it back up all by himself when it took two younger people to get it set it up that way in the first place.

Great companion to the laptop stand
I use this keyboard tray along with the laptop stand. It works great and the only issue that I notice is that it is slightly wobbly. The included mouse pad could be slightly larger but it works fine.

Just what I needed
I leave this set to a specific height and just move it on and off my desk as needed throughout the day. This allows me to work standing and sitting as needed, giving my tush a break. The construction is sturdy enough to support my keyboard. I don't have any complaints.
